2024 Core Forum

Carol Jackson facilitates Metronet’s Library Leadership Forum, a monthly professional development discussion group. She earned her MLIS from St. Kate’s and spent 20 years working in public libraries, fifteen of which were spent managing libraries. In 2022, she took a hiatus from library work and earned her Narrative Coach Practitioner certification in order to support individuals in attaining their professional and personal goals. She is currently the Director of Outreach and Instruction with SELCO (Southeastern Libraries Cooperating).
